Detailed Description:

If you have purchased a used computer, you probably want the old users information off of there and replaced with your name.

You need to edit your registry, so run regedit and go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/Microsoft/Windows NT/CurrentVersion
Simply change the value of RegisteredOwner and RegisteredOrganization
If you are using an even older system like Windows 98, you should go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/Microsoft/Windows/CurrentVersion instead, but they are the same procedure other then a minor change in the key name.
