This file is actually trying to mimic the iexplore.exe program (which is your internet explorer web browser, notice that the file is spelled a little differently as it does not contain the extra "s" on the iexplores.exe file). In order to remove this spyware program, you must go into your task manager and kill the task first. Press ctrl-alt-del and find the iexplores.exe file, then highlight the file and end the process. Once this has completed it will disappear from your list, and you can then add the file to your recycle bin. Be sure to do the final file delete, otherwise this spyware or trojan may return the next time you reboot.
