How annoying to have that popup showing on Windows everytime you reboot. To eliminate these popup balloons, do the following.

Go into the registry editor, and add a value named EnableBalloonTips at the following registry key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explo rer\Advanced
Then set a dword value for "EnableBalloonTips "=dword:00000000
