Detailed Description:

A virus has began spreading to pc's via email, and it uses the header "Outbreak in North America". This is a trojan or virus that spreads by running a word macro when you attempt to open the document via email attachment. They are hoping you open the document by trying to put titles on it based on the news article on bird flu or influenza that you may have heard about on the news, but it actually installs a virus onto your computer. This can delete files on your pc, and can also lower security and open your pc up for potential hackers. The best way to prevent this virus is too not open word documents with this type of information, and have your pc security level set at a higher level which can prevent this. Always be aware of what email attachments you are receiving, especially when it arrives as an attachment rather then just having the news pasted in the email itself. (Word documents are especially dangerous due to the macros that they can run).
