Crticial rare earth minerals business just given to China?
Was this a conspiracy? How could this possibly happen?

Most people never even hear about the rare earth minerals, and many don't even care. Now that China has threatened to block these from Japan, and everything from high tech to military weaponary could be shut down because of it, the U.S. better finally take notice. You can read about it here.. Its crazy to think that the United States actually controlled this entire market, yet let China take it over in the 90's, now the entire high tech, battery, and military business is owned by China. Don't think China didn't plan this, they took advantage of the U.S. and now own a business that the U.S. can't even develop because it takes 15 years to get it started again. Unbelievable, I hope Clinton is enjoying his payoff on this, because he back stabbed the U.S. by letting this happen.

Another thing is that all the computer programming today is offshored to these countries, so the U.S. has basically taught all these countries how to do it correctly (and corrected mistakes as all the management is done here, but the work is coded there). So it's no secret that you will see the best airplanes, best technology, and best militaries evolving in places like China and other countries. Just look at the difference in military development from 10 years go to today, places like China are far more advanced ... and then think about the next 10 years and what's coming.
