 Cell Phones Not Allowed While Driving
California is passing a bill that makes you use a cell phone earpiece....
I think this could be a great law on cell phones. How many times have you gotten frustrated because people are too stupid to drive and hold the cell phone at the same time? I think you will still have problems with people talking and driving, even with the earpiece, but it won't be as bad as those holding it to their ear.

This is a good thing, I've seen so many people driving 10 mph in a 35 zone because they are too stupid to figure it out when they have a cell phone to their ear.

Cell phones are the reason why we pay so much for insurance today! All their driving mistakes has raised everyones insurance rates.
