 IPad may be the best computer invention ever
First the IPhone, now the IPad....
I can't think of any computer related device that has ever had as much buzz as the IPad.
The IPad may revolutionize the use of text books, some colleges are even beginning to give them away to incoming freshman as incentives to attend college
there. As much as I like the Kindle as a book reader, the IPad simply offers so much more. I can't think of any major computer device over the past
decade that can replace text books, allow internet access everywhere you go, allow video chatting everywhere you go (you know its coming), and provide
business advantages by allowing unlimited research documents to be carried with you everywhere you go.

The ipad could completely revolutionize text books and the destruction of trees. Forests are disappearing world wide, and the Ipad could be the thing that saves them and eliminates all teh wasted paper of textbooks and paperbacks that people have laying around their houses, colleges, high schools, etc.

I have an iphone and figure why would I need an ipad, but I can see why now. Iphone is great for checking sports or small stuff, or for running small apps to do stuff, but I wouldn't want to use it read entire books or newspapers. The ipad would be great for anyone that travels, imagine having 500 text books on your lap in something that weighs only 1 pound, and being able to email or IM anyone from that also.

I could see that ipad being really popular in colleges all over the united states, thats a good pt. I remember how i hated carrying text books, plus the text books should be cheaeper by not having to print or distribute all that paper

The ipad is a great thing. The less we use paper the better, and this is a great solution. Trees and plants produce clean oxygen and get rid of carbon dioxide, and the world needs more of these.
