Bar scams are more common then you think
Most just don't make the scamming so obvious as this....

There are alot of scams that occur when people are drinking, but this article on south beach women and bar owners really takes the cake! It's one thing to try a scam like this, but it's another to actually charge people $6,000 for a bottle of liquor and just assume they aren't going to report it to the police the next day, or in a worse case scenario if you do it to the wrong person, he might take care of business himself at a later night. I'm actually surprised that someone didn't come back and send them a "message" for their little scam. All in all at least those women and bar owners are now wearing the orange jumpsuits. This isn't the only scam like this that goes on, it's just that many times it's not on such an obscene scale as what these people were trying to pull.

Not as bad as the women who try to get pregnant because they want a kid, and figure part of your salary will help pay for it so for them it's a win-win scenario, without even thinking about the fact it screws up the kids life because the guy is not interested in actually being with her, and then she becomes a single mom that no one else wants to be around either. This is very common anymore and part of the problem with our society.
